December 1st marks the 15th anniversary of the east harlem holiday tree lighting ceremony taking place every year at franklin plaza in east harlem. Art directer and Curator Genevieve Andre hosts community arts workshops for kids, families, and seniors to create the ornaments that will adorn the tree to help educate locals on the amount of plastic bottles that are wasted every year.
